560AC Electric Ice Resurfacer

The PLUS+1^™dash display enables operators to monitor the resurfacing in progress and make adjustments on demand. Zamboni's new One-Touch mode uses customizable settings for auger speeds, electronic water valves and blade control for improved ease of operation and a more consistent ice surface.

The 560AC is the electric solution with the power to meet the needs of today's busy arena surfaces. The AC motors/controls and load sensing hydraulic system increase efficiency providing more resurfacings per charge.

The design of the 560AC integrates state-of-the-art technology with standard features including an automatic snow breaker, hydraulically actuated snow tank lid, and the Zamboni Advanced Water System (AWS^™) resulting in a simplified resurfacing process and a superior sheet of ice.

The Ultimate Machine

Streamlined conditioner design with internal-drive horizontal auger provides additional maneuverability.

Hydraulically actuated wash water pump relocated for easier service access.

Industry proven lead acid batteries. Microprocessor controlled chargers for long battery life.
Drivetrain

Four-wheel drive. Rugged axles offer an industry leading load bearing capacity of 6400 lbs (2903 kg) per axle. ABM 24hp AC traction motor.
Construction

Strong 2" x 5" all-welded structural steel chassis. Premium primer and paint, stainless steel water distribution pipe and polyethylene water tanks. Vertical auger enclosure reduces operator area sound levels.
Hydraulics

Electronically controlled proportional hydraulic valves and load sense hydraulic pump provide increased efficiency and power on demand. Vertical and horizontal auger motors maintain selected speeds under load. High capacity oil tank. ABM 11hp AC pump motor.

Dependable Sevcon ® Gen4 AC controls. PLUS+1^™ interactive colour display provides the choice of an automated One-Tough resurfacing, or the independent control of each process. Establish custom saved settings for consistent performance with multiple operators. On-dash diagnostics provide real-time information with troubleshooting capabilities.
